To ensure that every customer receives a fresh, pristine, never-used item, all returns are carefully evaluated by our in-house Quality Control Team. Only items that pass all inspection points are eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to the customer and are not eligible for a refund.
Items requested for exchange must meet the same conditions and inspection standards as returns. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the tracked delivery date.
