Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of tracked delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging. All returns must be authorized through our Return & Exchange Portal.
Refunds apply to product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items are reviewed by our Quality Control Team before a refund or exchange is approved.
For international orders, original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import fees are non-refundable.
Outlet items, gift cards, fabric swatches, and down/down alternative duvet inserts and pillows are not eligible for return or exchange.
