Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak promotions or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
International orders require an additional1–2 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods
U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS from our Branford, CT warehouse. Standard ground shipping is free for silk products in the contiguous United States. Fees do apply for Laundry Detergent products.

Returns

We want you to truly love your silk products, but if something isn’t quite right, our customer care team is here to help.

Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Nice cozy headband
This is a great headband, I love the padding and how soft it is. It is a bit of a snug fit because I have a big head, but it does the job and looks cute while doing it.

Good Concept
The band doesn't stay on if you push too far back so that you don't get the band wet while washing your face or applying the skincare/makeup. It is well made with a thin layer of material inside so that it adds comfort.
